Virtik Academy
Training organised by what someone actually does, not by which features exist. Each path takes a role from first sign-in to competent independent operation.
Role paths
Five roles, five routes through the platform
A person follows one path. The modules listed are what that role actually touches.
Virtik Operator
People working the operational picture day to day.
Work an incident end to end: read the map, assess, dispatch and communicate without leaving the operating surface.
Virtik Supervisor
Shift and site leads accountable for coverage and response.
Manage coverage across a shift, review response performance, and run exercises against real site models.
Virtik Administrator
People responsible for the tenant itself.
Provision users and roles, configure sites and sources, and manage licences and entitlements.
Virtik Security Manager
Security leadership accountable for the programme.
Set operating policy, review the audit trail, and use analytics to direct where the programme goes next.
Virtik IT Administrator
IT and infrastructure teams supporting the deployment.
Integrate identity, meet network requirements, connect data sources, and support the mobile rollout.

On certification
Completing a path records Virtik product training — that a person has been trained on this platform. It is not an industry qualification and is not accredited by any external body, and we will not describe it as one.
Academy is not published yet. Progress tracking requires a signed-in account and will reuse your existing Virtik identity rather than creating a second one.
Training before launch
Teams deploying now are trained directly by the Virtik team as part of onboarding, rather than waiting for the self-serve surface.
