Delete your Virtik account

Ask Virtik USA, Inc. to delete your Virtik account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to install the Virtik app or sign in to make the request.

How it works

From request to deletion

    Submit the request

    Use the form below, which opens on "Delete my personal information". Give the email address of the Virtik account you want deleted. You receive a reference number.

  2. 02

    Verification

    We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we ask only for what is reasonably necessary. We will not ask you to create an account.

  3. 03

    Response

    We respond within the period that applicable law requires. Deletion is not immediate: it happens after verification, subject to what is described below.

If an organization manages your account

If your Virtik account was provided by your employer or another organization that uses Virtik, that organization controls your data and your request goes to it. We will help it respond, and we will tell you so and point you to it where we can identify the organization.

Requests are recorded and acknowledged through the same channel as every privacy request. The form tells you plainly if your request could not be recorded.

What may be kept

Deletion and its limits

Deletion means the record is removed from the production system or de-identified. The Data Retention and Deletion Schedule states the limits below; it does not promise a fixed deletion period.

Backups
Deleted data may persist in backups until they expire.
Legal holds
Deletion may be suspended while the law requires retention or evidence must be preserved for legal claims.
Records of agreements and requests
Records proving what was agreed, and records of how your request was handled, are kept as long as needed as evidence.
Billing and tax records
Kept for the statutory retention period.

If this form is unavailable

If the form cannot record your request, do not treat it as filed. Use the contact page and choose the security and privacy route so a person receives it, or write to privacy@virtik.ai, and keep a record of the date you contacted us.
